We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at through call/ WhatsApp 9051773335 or send an email to contact@maheshweaves.com, If your return is accepted, our courier partner will pick up the item, once we receive it back and will check it, if it is in the same condition that you received it, so we will proceed for exchange or refund. If the item is not in saleable condition, it will be returned back to the customer and no refund or exchange will be given.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your bank account in 5 working days.

The customer need to share his or her bank account information at the time of return request through WhatsApp or Email.

No cash will be returned for cash on delivery orders, refund will be initiated only through bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

The customer can cancel the order before dispatch after dispatched customer can not cancel the order, in that case, customer after receiving the product he/she can return the product to us.
